Don't ask me why as I barely follow their storyline on the Individual 11 case and I don't have any medium to view the series at my own pace.... I'm sure 2nd Gig can top off the Laughing Man case which is prior to this series..
What in the world is the Laughing Man case, you say??
Imagine someone wants to preserve his/her anonimity and no matter what medium of image capturing used, the entire face will be replaced with that icon... In real time!! Well.. at least in the series, no matter what CCTV angle, camcorders or even still images, that comical face will appear.
What am I blabbing so far? Errr... I have no clue either... But you read... hehehehe...
